UK Delivery

All deliveries within the UK are posted with Royal Mail. 

Once you have placed an order with us you will receive a confirmation email and we will work to get your items sent out by the following working day. Solpardus Standard delivery incurs a charge of £5 and aims to be with you within 3-5 working days from the dispatch confirmation email. Solpardus Express incurs a charge of £6 and aims to be with you within 1-2 working days from the dispatch confirmation email. 

International Delivery

International deliveries aim to be with you within 8-10 working days from the dispatch confirmation email and will incur different fees depending on destination (see table for reference).

Please note: international deliveries may incur local duties and taxes that are out of our control and therefore must be paid by the recipient.

Packaging

All Solpardus packaging is sustainable and plastic free, with 100% recycled kraft boxes that can be easily recycled or even composted! Our shipping labels, made with FSC-certified paper and finished with non-toxic adhesive, can also be recycled or composted. The tape securing Solpardus boxes is silicone-free kraft paper tape with natural rubber adhesive, which means it can be easily recycled while still attached to the box. Our 100% recycled tissue paper is made in Britain, recyclable, biodegradable and compostable. Even our clear Solpardus stickers are biodegrade and compostable as they are made from cellulose.

Exchange and Returns

We so hope that you will love your Solpardus purchases. If, within 14 days of receiving your order, you are at all unhappy please contact us at hello@solpardus.co.uk to receive your exchange/returns form and relevant information. Being a small business, we are currently unable to offer free postal returns and therefore this cost will be the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure the items are securely packaged, along with your exchange/returns form, and that proof of postage is obtained as sadly we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Please note: items must be in their original state once they are returned to us and we can only exchange items that are for a different size or colour of the same style.

Due to the nature of some Solpardus garments, and with our customers’ hygiene and safety in mind, we are unable to offer returns for refunds or exchanges for the Thea Bikini Bottoms or Thea Onepiece. 

International Returns

We do not accept exchanges for purchases made outside of the UK. For international returns we offer an extended period of 30 days. If you are at all unhappy, please contact us at hello@solpardus.co.uk to receive your returns form and relevant information. As a small business, we are unable to offer free international postal returns and therefore return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure the items are securely packaged, along with your exchange/returns form, and that proof of postage is obtained as sadly we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order with us, you have one hour following receipt of your order confirmation email. After this time it is possible we will have already processed your order - as we try to be as speedy as possible! Please contact hello@solpardus.co.uk and we will sort this for you. 

Refunds

Once we have inspected your item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per the Solpardus Returns Policy, we will process your return request. This will take approximately 1-2 days upon receipt of the items and we will email you to keep you informed. It can then take up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited back to the account of the card used for the original purchase.
